I had a truly memorable stay at this hotel. The attention to detail and the historical charm of the rooms made me feel like I had stepped back in time. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful greenery, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the restaurant served some of the best food I've ever tasted. The freshness, combination, and herbs used in the meals were exceptional. I also appreciated the impeccable service, especially when it came to catering to specific dietary needs.

I couldn't find anything to fault with my stay. Everything was perfect!

Surrounded by lily-filled moats, this seventeenth-century manor house offers a charming and peaceful romantic escape. The gourmet cuisine and professional friendly service were top-notch. Breakfast was ample and dinners were exquisite. A bonus was being able to explore the surrounding woods.

The small bedroom area was a tad too warm, and the menu was limited to a few dishes each month. The reception area is combined with the gift shop, which made me feel a bit rushed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a picturesque castle in a lovely rural setting. The staff at this hotel were truly fantastic, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even though we arrived late. The food served at their restaurant was absolutely fabulous, with a variety of options to choose from. The charming and well-maintained castle itself added a unique touch to our stay, making it truly unforgettable.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Delicious food and attentive service. The five-course dinner was superb, with dishes like scallops, cod, and duck croquette. The menu price was decent for the quality. The afternoon cake was also a delight. The friendly waitress, Natasha, made our dining experience even better. I highly recommend the restaurant at Broholm Castle.

Beautiful castle location with horse ring, lake, and forest walk. Lovely swan and old pictures. Cozy sofa inside. Nice suite with modern bathroom. Exquisite dining area with fresh food. Friendly and helpful staff. Great lounges for afternoon coffee. Amazing family room with moat.

Could not be improved in any way.

We had an amazing stay at this charming historic hotel in a castle-like setting! We dined at the restaurant across from the main building and enjoyed delicious seasonal food made from local farmers. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and great view of the nearby sea. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh fruits and pastries. We also loved exploring the grounds and gardens on foot, and the unique sitting room filled with historical items.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable, but we didn't mind as we enjoyed being offline and immersed in the peaceful surroundings.

This hotel offers exceptional value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and service provided. The location, set in a beautiful castle with interesting grounds to explore, adds a touch of magic to the experience. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with private bathrooms. The hotel also offers a delightful afternoon tea service, where you can enjoy local treats in cozy surroundings.

All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

We had an amazing stay surrounded by a lake, forest, and horses. The castle was cozy, with old 19th-century pictures and comfortable sofas. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our dining experience was exquisite, with fresh, delicious food and wine pairings in a charming historical dining area. The location was perfect for a break during our travel from Legoland to Mons Klint.

Cannot find any fault with this hotel and its location.

Best stay for the holidays! The location was perfect for exploring cultural sights and having a relaxing getaway. The beautiful gardens and ornate architecture were stunning with minimal tourists. The breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries and hard boiled eggs. We enjoyed spending time in the cozy common rooms with hot tea or mulled wine. The staff was friendly and made our stay welcoming.

Worst was the limited menu and high price for dining. Although the food was tasty, the options were limited for the price.
